High Intensity Track provides technical training for specific sprinting, hurdling and jumping events in track and field. Sessions are typically 2 hours, including a 25 minute warm up followed by guided event specific practice and strength training. While sessions are done in small groups, H.I.T. provides an individualized experience by providing constructive feedback to each of our athletes.
