High Intensity Track is here to provide training in within the sport of Track and Field to help assist athletes achieve their goals in the specific events of Sprints, Hurdles, Long Jump, Triple Jump and High Jump. We are here to make you believe that goals are achievable by proper training, enhanced technical direction and work ethic. Whether you're a beginner athlete or advanced athlete, we will teach you proper techniques and training programs for you to reach your potential.


Training within H.I.T. is done in a event specific small group setting, that allows a team atmosphere during all sessions. Within the small groups, all each athlete will get individual direction in order for each athlete to develop at their own pace and understanding.


The goal for High Intensity Track is to allow athletes to gain a better understanding of the sport of Track and Field. Our focus is to enhance technique, speed, and strength to all athletes in their appropriate events. No matter the level, we are here to help you set and achieve your goals!

Coaching Staff

Owner / Director / Coach

Strives to develop athletes abilities in Track and Field, specifically in the Hurdles, Sprints and Jumps. Training athletes from youth to college, coach Lado provides his athletes with the necessary tools needed to progress in their specific events at the rate of their ability.


​Coach Lado has been coaching athletes in Track and Field for over 10 years. He has coached at both the High School and Collegiate Levels, starting with The Academy of the Holy Angels, going to New York University followed by a 5 year run as the Head Coach at Don Bosco Prep H.S. Currently, the Assistant Track and Field Coach at Ramapo College for the Jumps and Hurdles. A graduate of Rider University where he competed for the indoor/outdoor track and field team.

DR. GREGORY DOERR

A Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and has lectured nationally and internationally on topics of Sports Medicine, Rehab, Taping and soft tissue procedures.

He is the developer of Functional Taping for MSK Injuries (FTMI), the developer of Functional Soft Tissue (FST), the co-developer of FAKTR, a former instructor for SpiderTech taping, HawkGrips, Graston Technique and the Council on Chiropractic and Extremity Procedures. Dr. Doerr has lectured on 6 continents and 32 of the US states over the last 22 years on topics of soft tissue, taping and rehabilitation.


Dr. Doerr has worked with sports teams at all levels with high points including the University of Colorado, Penn State, the Washington Redskins, AVP Pro Volleyball Tour, The Gold Cup International Soccer, US Track and Field Championships and the Central American Games.

The newest addition of practitioners at Bergen Chiropractic. Dr. Alex is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport School of Chiropractic in Connecticut, and received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Rutgers University School of Environmental and Biological Sciences in 2015.


He has spent over 5 years in the Healthcare industry, while completing his graduate studies. Dr. Farinola has an affinity for sports and people, which has led him down the path of healthcare and into the chiropractic universe. He is very excited to get his career started at Bergen Chiropractic.


Some of Dr. Farinola’s hobbies are working out, going on long bike rides by the beach, cooking and baking with his family, watching football on Sundays and much more. Dr. Farinola’s hands on skills paired with his creativity in rehab exercises lends to an individualized approach to his patients.
