Elite Training For High Performance Athletes

HOME / About Us

What events do you offer?

High Intensity Track provides specialized training in sprints, hurdles, long jump, triple jump, and high jump. We break down the technical aspects of each event while also reviewing necessary running mechanics.

How is this different than my child's high school team practices?

High Intensity Track provides specialized technical training specific to an individuals event. Training is done in smaller groups, ranging from 3-5 athletes with specific feedback given to each athlete. High Intensity Track breaks down the events into different components and reinforces specific skills with various drills.

How old are most of your athletes?

High Intensity Track trains athletes of all ages ranging from youth (9-10 year olds) through college (19-20 year olds). Most sessions are typically designated for youth, high school, or college athletes in addition to their specialized event. If you are looking to train a team or rent the facility for a team, see our team training/facility rentals here.

What level of expertise do you train?

High Intensity Track is experienced in training athletes of any ability. Training sessions are tailored to the level of skill each athlete may begin with. Whether you may be new to the sport, hoping to try a new event, or are an accomplished track athlete looking to be more competitive, H.I.T has the training service perfect for you.

Which package would you recommend?

For first timers, our introductory package is perfect if you are interested in trying a new event or if you would like to see if H.I.T is the best fit for you. We also offer bronze, silver, and gold packages based on total number of sessions.

If you plan on training with us once a week, we recommend the the bronze training package that starts with 10 sessions. For athletes who plan to come 2-3 times a week, we recommend our silver 20 session package. Athletes who plan to come 3+ times a week should consider signing up with our gold unlimited package.

Additional breakdown of prices per session can be found here.

What happens if I do not complete a package?

Packages are expected to be completed within the season time frame as posted on the website. Each season is approximately 14 weeks long. It is the athletes responsibility to complete all sessions within the season to ensure consistency and proper progression in training. Upgrades are acceptable at anytime throughout the season - if you are unsure about which package to chose, we recommend starting with either the introductory or bronze package and upgrading to silver or gold once the package is complete. Any leftover sessions from the season DO NOT rollover to the next season.
